Any modern gfx card should work fine with the Skylake quad core as long as the motherboard has a PCIe x16 slot and the PSU is of sufficient size.
Do you mean GTX? And also I wanted a more accurate answer if any. I wanted to cut back on bottlenecks between the CPU and GPU. My old R9 380 Strix died due to improper storage when transferring my motherboard to a new case. And my power supply should be ample for most new age graphics cards (Unless it requires some nonsense such as a card with hybrid cool and like 4 8 Pins) because it's a Thermaltake 600W PSU.
