To start off first post here, please be patient with my formatting please . I recently purchased a pre-built computer but choosing the components myself (i know a bit about hardware but not trusting enough in myself to build my own rig yet). It was delivered yesterday and all that jazz, i was happily installing programs and it just turned itself off, now i just really think anything of it just turned it back on and the resolution was all pixelated and you probably get the idea, trying to change my taskbar and resultion back to the way it was came up with a message saying "this video driver is not compatible with aero settings" so i went and opened my graphics card software that was installed and it scanned and couldnt find any local hardware compatible with the software, so i checked my motherboard via bios settings and it said my PCI-E 3.0 slot was empty but my graphics card was plugged in and secured in, after turning it off and on again i noticed the fans in the graphics card were spinning but only 2-5 times every 20 seconds and i immediately knew something was wrong so i re-seated the card and got the same problem as before. for referance my motherboard is the MSI B85M-E45 and the graphics card is the Nvida geforce gtx 970, sorry for a long post and thanks in advance for all help.
