Graphics Card Performance Concerns

So I recently upgraded my power supply from a cheap Antec 500W psu to a coarsair Enthusiast Series TX750M 750W because my graphics card wasn't able to perform at ultra settings in games, I couldn't slightly overclock my cpu or gpu and the gpu load during some games was 80-96% pretty consistently. Now that I've upgraded I can play at ultra settings for most all settings yet the high load percentage is still sticking around, only for some games. These games include Bioshock Infinite, Batman Arkham Origins and I'm pretty sure Skyrim is in there as well. The temps and active memory usage all seem normal, it's just the gpu load is what's worrying me. Also Windows will minimize the game to ask me if I want to change my color scheme because apparently my performance is low. Any suggestions you guys can give me to solving this problem and maybe even overclocking my cpu and gpu a little through AMD catylist would be great. Thanks guys. My specs are listed below:

AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-core processor
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
HIS Radeon HD 2GB 7850
Mushkin (2x4GB) 8GB 1600DDR3
(3) 7500RPM HDD's ([2] 1TB, [1] 500GB)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Heatsink
(5) 120mm case fans
(1) 140mm case fan
NZXT source 210 Elite case

I get low memory warning on 8gb ram and the load gets close to 90% for unknown reasons and tons of other warnings I just ignore them and continue to play, wondering if there is a way to stop those annoying warnings....
but to your system but I dont think you should be experiencing them, check the airflow sometimes heat can make the clocks of hardware go down or go low on performance, also check the temperatures

The temps for my gpu during gameplay are about 54-56C and my cpu will occasionally hit 40C, so I'm assuming that my airflow and temps are pretty good.

actually excellent try tampering with the page file and increasing it's size if you lose all hope, would recommend a ram upgrade but are you running ram at 4x2 or 2x4 ior 8x1 if at 4x2 or 8x1 an upgrade should be easy but still burn a little hole in the pocket, good luck

I have 2x4GB RAM. and what do you mean by tampering with the page file?

The monitor I use for gaming is an older 21" Gateway HD monitor that's 1680x1050 @ 60Hz (high 32-bit)

making it bigger in size , would take more space on storage but sometimes it solves the problems by magic, increasing it but not like 10 gb just a 500mb-1gb would do perfect

bios before boot just as post screen shows up either esc del or one of the function keys, will open the bios, search for the overlock page,
or the smart step up or something like that, but don\t go to maximum all at once , it might render your pc unbootable, go up bit by bit until you see pixels going on and off (some not all), or you see some performance issues, if it reaches that go back to the previous setting and stick to it

My bios doesn't seem to let me adjust the multiplier settings. I have some pictures for you but I'll press enter to change the settings and no luck.
