Graphics card pin

hello i just bought a graphics card and it does not have any pin connector its and gtx 1050ti
is this normal or whats going on

Some model have them while some don't. Now to be more specific, what is the make and model of your GTX 1050Ti? If it's not on the card, it's not necessary.

Other cards that do have them are due to overclocking reasons.

There are a number of cards/SKU's under Gigabyte's portfolio, which one do you have? There are three under that nomenclature without a 6 pin PCI-E connector. Regardless, they were deemed unnecessary by the manufacturer.
