Got a gt 1030, with 250W power supply. In case I upgrade to gtx 1050 to 4GB, do I have to increase the power supply, and if yes, how much?

I would suggest you upgrade to this PSU: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Bronze-Warranty-Supply-100-BT-0450-K1/dp/B01N9X3F8F/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1546774158&sr=8-1&keywords=evga+-+bt+450w+80++bronze+certified+atx+power+supply&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a06-20&linkId=1cf910815f1f6a15e845f0d6e018bdb9
By the way, there are much better deals on AMD cards at that low range that are better than Nvidia's I recommend you buy this card which is better than a GTX 1050: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-AREZ-PH-RX550-2G-GDDR5-Graphics-Cards/dp/B07DTYNYR1/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1546774018&sr=8-4-fkmr0&keywords=Asus+-+Radeon+RX+550+-+640+2+GB+AREZ+Video+Card&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a06-20&linkId=d9151d6d315c5dbe7763b3b81e87ad82
But if you are talking about buying a GTX 1050Ti (because the 1050 is 2GB and the 1050Ti is 4GB) then I suggest you buy this card: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131717&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
