I bought a gtx 750(www.gigabyte.pk/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4983), and I was told that it would work with my psu(365 watt).
When i fitted it into the Pcie slot i saw it need an external 6 pin connector, the problem is I don't have a 6 pin connector with my psu. I just have two 4 pin connectors in which one of them is occupied. So that just leaves me with one 4 pin connector.
There also came a 2x4pin molex to pci-e(Something like this:https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQBkBtlF6kf2fNvRTtn6mi1L88KUsEkDuYvSWEiygYkZes1jUoY) but as I said above I have only one 4 pin currently free.
I also have all the sata cables free.

Tell me will the molex work if I just plug in one 4 pin.

Please post any solution, but please donot suggest a new psu as I already spent all my money on the card.

I am pretty sure your graphics card will run without external power supply. Try to run it without the 6 pin connector. If your pc boots and you can run a AAA game then you are fine.
