It is a bit over priced for the 7970, This Sapphire model is a bit more trustworthy and cheaper http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202008 it has a slightly slower clock speed, but nothing that cant be improved easily, and definitely not 50 dollars difference. Yes, but the other has a really good cooler and its a ghz edition. Furthermore, it's form HIS. So what do you think, does it worth the extra 150$ ?
Its not worth the extra for the HIS, not even close, Sapphire is a slightly better brand for gpus and the GHz edition is slightly misleading. It only has a 50 MHz higher clock speed. You wont be noticing a difference with that small of a jump. With boost on the Sapphire reaches the GHz range and with very little OC knowledge you can add 300 Mhz on to that.
