Graphics card problem,help fast pleasee :((((((

I had AMD Radeon 5670 for couple years,so i decide to buy a new graphics card.I got AMD Radeon 5970 and when i plug in and connect 6 and 8 pin i have black screen.I've connect VGA to DVI and DVI to Graphics.
Specs:
8GB Ram
AMD Athlon x2 250
GIGATECH PSB-600

Your PSU doesn't have the needed connectors or recommend wattage to power it. "650 Watt or greater power supply one 75W 6-pin and one 150W 8-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended (850 Watt with two 75W 6-pin and two 150W 8-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX technology in dual mode)" You need a more modern PSU with an 8 pin and 6 pin, probably a good 700 watt depending on the rest of your system.
