Ok so last night, I was playing WoW as usual until the screen randomly turned blue for 3 secs, and then my computer did a restart. As it restarted my resolution went down to 800x600 capped, I cant change it anymore. And also blue squares in lines are appearing on the windows desktop screen. I don't know what this problem is please help 🙁. I am also getting code 43 when I see my graphics card on the device manager.

Specs:
Intel i7-4770k
EVGA Gtx 780 SC
Asus Maximus Vi Hero Motherboard
16gb corsair vengeance ram

Things I have tried
Clean factory reset
Downgrading windows 10 to windows 8.1
Moving graphics card to different PCI slot

Also, it isn't my monitor, or motherboard, or cpu as I connected my monitor to my IGPU and everything was fine.

Thanks for helpin!

Solution
It does sound like a possible bad GPU. What power supply do you have? If it is not a quality unit, I would definitely recommend replacing it first. Even if the card is bad, it could be bad, because you have a poor quality PSU.
