Graphics card problem

My desktop won't turn on, but when I opened it and removed the graphics card, it started working, does that mean that the graphics card is faulty or what could be the problem?

It's an asus g20aj-us006s intel core i3-4150, with 8gb ram. Yeah it was working previously, it's a gtx745 4gb, it came with the desktop. I don't seem to know what the problem is. Just decided to not turn on, I have been on it for some days now.

When you removed the GTX 745, did you re-install it and then it worked? Or, did the system work with the integrated video adapter (with the GTX 745 removed)?

The system only worked with the integrated video adapter. When I plugged in the gtx745 it didn't turn on again. And it worked perfectly some days ago.

Then I suspect that the GTX 745 is indeed DOA.
