Graphics card problem

Hi all, i just want to consult about the problem i encountered on my graphics card so here it goes. I opened my pc then do the usual things I do but suddenly my monitor turns white and the just hang so of course i restart it but unfortunately it has no display so I brought it to a pc repair shop to see if it works, then there it boot up and it works perfectly then after taking it home again the problem occured again boot up for a while them hang then it won't show any display again!! I tried replacing it with the old one and everything works fine again. By the way my graphics card is still functioning i think because the fan is still nornal the lights are still on and before the problem occured on my graphics card there are no signs of stuttering or any abnormallities on my screen it just happen suddenly. It's a 2yrs old msi gtx 970. Is it dead ? Or should I try the other ports(dvi-d) ? Or maybe try it on another pc ?

use the gpu-z rendering option with hwinfo sensor page to check the gpu temp and fan speed also the voltage it pull but this look to me gpu overheath and it still under waranty rma .
