Graphics Card problem

So i have an old system that has legacy bios and an old bios version from 2011.When i use my rx 460 i get no signal whatsoever and apparently the only fix is updating my bios to the latest version.In bios settings i can choose to boot in legacy mode or uefi,will changing that setting do something or must i update the bios?

I think you need to switch to UEFI.

I do NOT, however, know for certain if this will cause any problems with your OS install.

BUT - I would try getting the latest BIOS first.

EDIT: I'd wait for at least one or two other people to chime in with an opinion, though. I do know that some older systems don't play nicely with newer AMD cards.
