Graphics Card Problems

I got a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Graphics Card. I’ve looked up how good it’s supposed to work but it’s not as good. As in: It should run smoothly in the highest settings on Fortnite (I don’t play it, but it was the first example so I’m using it) but on my PC it won’t even load most of the graphics in on the LOWEST settings. Please help as I have tried almost everything but to no avail. I’m honestly open to anything.

I have updated the post to include links to specs and I have tried reinstalling drivers, reinstalling the entire card, and most troubleshoots.
