[SOLVED] graphics card problems

My text on my pc has gone a bit blurry and grainy. i have looked at the graphics card and it says this. im guessing theres a problem with it any one know how to fix it or what it means? als ohow i can get my text to be normal again,, thank you

Use DDU to remove the old GPU drivers, and reinstall the new ones from the website for that GPU manufacture. Also make sure your resolution is set correctly in settings.
