Of course. That DDR5 memory has nothing to do with your system memory, it is purely used by the graphics card itself. As long as the card physically fits in your case and on your motherboard, and as long as your PSU is up to the task, it should work without issues.

As told before, You have to make sure that you have the right expansion slot for them (PCI-E for modern ones), enough room in your case, motherboard clearance, and a PSU that can power it. The DDR3 is for the RAM.
