graphics card questions in need of answering

im getting everything thats in that list above plus a gtx 750 ti

now i just want to get the gtx 750 ti just for the sakes of having a graphics card and hopefully boost gaming performance a bit also its really cheap
but i was wondering is it worth having a gtx 750 ti in 2018? and how well will the 750 do?
also i have a 240 watt psu (my pc was a pre build) will everything be able to run on the 240 watt psu?

i currently have a really old amd apu 1 core 3.6hz clock speed
fm2+ mobo
Toshiba hdd
and no graphics card
im just in desperate needs of upgrades and a graphics card
im obiously going for a budget build for lite - medium gaming (osu, geometry dash, wareframe, fortnite ect..)

Minimum power requirements per Nvidia state that you need at least a 300 watt power supply for a GTX 750.
