graphics card randomly turns off

I start up my system boot into windows and then it turns off with no warning. I have two xfx rx 480s and I'm using the z170x gaming 7 from gigabyte. Any ideas on how to fix this. Everything is plugged in.

Turns out crossfire turns off the second card when not under load lol!
