i think it depends on how much you can afford if its productivity, the faster the better. So if you can afford a 4090 that would be. if thats not the case then any rtx 40 series you can afford depends too in how much your willing to xpend vs gains. i think

I would reccomend 3000 series, you can use Re Size bar tech. that can provide you insane speed in decoding

What tools are you using? If those tools don't use the GPU to accelerate work, there's no point in getting a high end graphics card.

With no budget listed or the apps your using, I"ll suggest the 4090 should work fine for this.
