Graphics card recommendation needed

Hi all,

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. I currently have a PowerColor ATI Radeon X1650 Pro (256 MB, GDDR3, 128 bit) and want something with a little more oomphf.

The only problem is that I don't have any power cables so I'm going to be limited to cards that can run off the socket.

It will need to go into a PCI express x16 socket and will need dual DVI/VGA output as I have 2 monitors?

I've spent the afternoon looking at cards but they rarely state if external power is required (and if so, what).

I know I'm not going to get bleeding edge without lots of extra power but there must be better cards out there than the one I have.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Radeon 6670

5670 is good too and a little cheaper.

Oops, forgot my system spec (duh!):

PSU: 250W
CPU: Pentium D 925 (soon to be 945)
RAM: 4GB
Monitors: 2 x Dell E196FP
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
MOBO: ECS 945GCT-HM (Livermore8)

I wouldn't bother upgrading the cpu if I were you, unless you are getting it very cheap or free.

Will both of those work with a 250W power supply?

They should be fine, they only draw 66W and 64W at maximum, respectively.
