Question Graphics card related dead pixel?

So basically I have something that looks like a dead pixel on my screen but I believe It's not my monitor since I can literally screenshot it using gyazo or the inbuilt snipping tool, it also disappears when I am in-game.

Probably software related.

Maybe reinstall gpu drivers.

Ah, apparently a simple PC restart fixed it.
