Graphics card removal

Hi I have an HP 2820h motherboard and I'm trying to remove the gpu on it. I can't find the switch to release the gpu, does anybody have this motherboard and know how to remove it?

Depress the thin tab on the end of the black plastic slightly to release the locking mechanism.

In the back of the gpu there's a little black plastic piece I tried pushing it up, down and sideways but it doesn't want to release I just don't want to break something. Do I push and pull or do I wait for a click then pull?
