Graphics card required for Dell optiplex 745

I have dell optiplex 745 with intel core 2 duo processor and have 3 GB Ram.I have installed Creo 2.0 software but its running quite slow. I have existing intel(r) q965/q963 express chipset family graphics card buit into my system. Which graphics card do i need to install so that i can run Creo 2.0 smoothly.
