Question Graphics Card Requirement for realistic AI Image generation?

I am seeing those ultra realistic images and deep fake videos and they look almost real/human like.
Also I hear about Stable Diffusion and other AI tools to generate images.

I tried running the Stable diffusion with my GTX 1650 laptop, the results are not that good. Also I cant make the big size models like 15 GB or 18 GB.

What Graphics Card do I need to run the Text to Image/Video AI tools to run locally on my computer?
My requirement is realistic image and video generation.

Also what are recommended Processor line/hardwares?

Or should I just buy the premium subscriptions from those online AI image generation sites?
