Graphics card running really hot, new fans?

Ok so my GTC 560ti is running hotter than it should. When playing War Thunder, it hits 90oC when the GPU Fans are on max. My case is the MS Tech Hornet http://www.ms-tech.de/eng/index.php/product/detail/pdcid/84/pdid/257. I have the intake fan seen on the side of the picture, the built in GPU fan and the CPU fan. Should I get another fan? Is there any other way to cool my Graphics Card? If I should get another fan, which I am veering towards, I have no idea about fans so could someone recommend one to me?

yea you can replace the fan like a cpu, but i would upgrade the card anyway its pretty old
