Graphics card selection problem

hello sir,
I have intel dg41ty mother board so can i use (Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card) for my mother board
my system specs are as follows:-
1)intel core 2 duo E7500 Processor
2)intel dg41ty mother board
3)4GB ram ddr2
4)seagate 1 tb hard disk
5)450 watt SMPS
6)sony Ultra speed+ cd/dvd ROM

You could maybe go for something like a gtx 750, but you could just build a new computer for the best results. Those are some really outdated specs.

I really think you should consider saving up for a new PC as aces19 said. Most of your hardware is outdated and most GPUs will be bottlenecked by that hardware.

Did you bought any new graphics card for dg41ty motherboard?

finally i bought gt 610 from gigabyte 2gb ddr3
