Please tell me which graphics card should I buy MSI GTX 960 GAMING 2G or SAPPHIRE Vapor-X R9 280X 3G D5? Somebody help me please.

The better choice here will be the Sapphire Vapor-X R9 280X.

We need to know what PSU do you use!

That's a very low quality power supply for that card.

I'd recommend going with one from this list - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html - you should choose a tier 1 or 2 PSU from here 550-600W

Also what CPU do you got?

Mainboard: MSI B85-G43 GAMING
Ram: G.Skill 8gb 1600 Bus
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250 gb/ intel 535 series 120 gb
HDD: WD 1TB Blue
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 960 GAMING 2G/ SAPPHIRE Vapor-X R9 280X 3G D5
Psu: COOLER MASTER GXII 450W BRONZE/ Corsair VS Series™ VS450/ Thermaltake TR2/500W/80 PLUS Bronze
Case: Corsair spec-01
Please help me to choose the right SSD, Graphics Card, PSU from those.

Don't get me wrong but you cannot run the R9 280X with any of those PSU's. If there are your only choices than a GTX 950 should work with them.
