Graphics Card Setup - Urgent

So, I'm building my first computer. I have a graphics card - a Zotac gtx 560 ti, to be more exact- and it's plugged into the pci-e port in my motherboard. Now I have to figure out which cable(s) to plug into it from my power supply.
There are two PCI-e ports on my graphics card. Do I use two PCI-e power cables, or do I just use one? If just one, should I use the top or bottom PCI-e port?

you need to connect both 6 pin PCI-E cable to the card or else your card will not working properly or your pc won't be able to boot at all

AND if your PSU doesn't have two 6pin PCIe power plugs you probably need a new PSU.
