Graphics card Shader 3.0 I NEED HELP PLEASE!

Hello I'm having some problems running PES2016 on my Windows vista. The game won't run because it says "the video card doesn't have the necessary specifications. (GPU: shader 3.0) " I don't know what's wrong because ! My computer information is

Intel core 2 Duo CPU
E8400
@ 3.00 GHz
2.99 GHz

My ram : 4.00 GB
SYSTEM TYPE : 32 bit operating system.

My pic isn't old at all I don't know why it's telling me I can't play my game. :/ I checked on the PES2016 game requirements and it adds up well with mine saying I can play it. Anyone that can help me out? I would appreciate it.

Your PC is certainly old. The CPU is 8 years old. Also we don't know your GPU, but it probably is old too since it doesn't support shader 3.0.

it means you either do not have a video card, or your video card is too old.
