Graphics card should be better

So i have a GTX 750ti SC with Intel core I3, and i cant even play Just Cause 2, It should be able to play any game in at least medium settings with 50+ framerate but its not going as fast as it should idk why.
I got all the drivers installed, maybe it could be because my Power Suplly is a bit low idk plz Help

Your system specs. PSU, Mortherboard, and your RAM.

If that's your temperature 130C {I hope you mean 130F lol} If its 130C that's way too hot for your GPU.

Should actually turn itself off if it gets that hot.
