After my old.graphics card stopped working, I obtained the GEFORCE GT 610 by Nvidia. I just needed something inexpensive and simple to be able to use this computer a little while longer as I have important things I need from it.

After installing, making sure everything is seated firmly and properly, trying VGA and HDMI cables, it still shows No Signal on the monitor.

The card's fan runs, but it does not send any signal to the computer, so we cannot go through bios or install the software as we have no signal to the monitor whatsoever.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
May be a motherboard or power supply issue if another card does not work either. See if you can borrow a known good card and test the 3rd one in your system. If that also does not work, you may want to look into trying a different motherboard then the power supply. Or other way around if you can borrow a power supply to test.
