Sometimes, my graphics card stops giving output. Monitor turns off, saying "No Signal Detected" and neither the Power nor Reset buttons work on my case, the only way to fix this is to either unplug the PC or hold down the power button. This does not happen always when playing games, but most often. Once or twice this has happened on the lock screen and desktop, but mostly happens when playing games.
System Specs:

Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Blue 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: XFX Radeon RX 590 8 GB FATBOY OC+ Video Card
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox MB520 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520 W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Full 32/64-bit
Monitor: AOC G2460PF 24.0" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor
The games I've played normally run comfortably, at 120/144fps all the time. I tried rolling back my drivers using the Radeon Software app, going from the Optional to Recommended drivers, however this has caused no change I have not tried any other fixes.
