Graphics card spikes

Hello tomhardwarers 😛

could someone help me out with why my graphics card is spiking ?

im not gaming the now but when I do the card will keep going to 100%
my graphics card is always about 37-45 idle and goes to 50-70 gaming with fans set to 55-70

It's normal for the card to go up to 100% when you're playing games as it's trying to push out the most FPS that it can.
Those temps are also safe.
