[SOLVED] Graphics card squeals under load and fans sound kinda loose

Just like the title says my gpu does that under load. when the fans ramp up the fans sound kinda loose and when I'm under load the gpu squeals I have a RX580 Powercolor red dragon
It has always been this way since the day i bought the card is this normal? And how would I go about fixing it? I am fairly good in electronics and can install cpus and cpu fans and graphics cards etc. so If I had to take out the card it wouldn't be too big of a deal.

The squeal may be coil whine.
This is when an inductor vibrates.
It's generally considered normal and most people deal with it.
As far as the fans sounding loose....you could replace them.
