I was using my computer yesterday when all of a sudden my monitor goes black but my sound etc is still playing so I can move my monitor into the integrated graphics ports and then the display comes back. I then look in my PC and see none of the fans on my graphics card are running and it is not receiving any power and I believe everything is still connected correctly.

Solution
First step, test the video card in another system, test another card in yours with the same power draw. You can try resetting the BIOS first before swapping cards around. If you don't have any spare hardware, contact the video card vendor for warranty support.
