I recently bought a Galax 1060 6GB used one from my friend
i found out that its stuck on 139Mhz core clock and 801Mhz memory clock
i also tried reinstalling graphics drivers
installing old or latest drivers
flashed a vbios but nothing worked
also i have a 450watt psu which is enough for a 1060
also it doesnt go over 40 C temperature
and i tried Furmark benchmark(3 fps), playing Valorant(24 fps) and clocks were same as i said
maybe its just stuck on idle clocks
so is there any way to force it to something its designed for?
