At this moment this computer has:
-4 gigs of DDR2 Ram
-On board Intel GMA 4500 Graphics Card
-1 PCIe x1 slot, 1 PCI Express X4 graphics slot. 1 PCIE X16 slot, 1 PCI slot
-350 watt Power supply
-I believe this is my CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 2.83 GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor 3.0 GHz
-Intel Q45 Express chip set

I am thinking to get a graphics card for playing some games like battlefield.
Are any of these compatible with the DC7900?

-SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16
-nVIDIA GeForce 2GB Low Profile Half Height PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Graphics Card
-MSI GeForce GT 610 2GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card
-GIGABYTE GeForce GT 710 2GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x 8 Low Profile Video Card
-XFX Core Edition Radeon R7 250

What Power supply work with the dc7900 sff case?
My budget is 200$

If you know everything about your pc (including the models; for example, your psu) then use pcpartpicker.com and input all your hardware and see what gpu is compatible and then do more research to verify them

Yes, if your motherboard has PCIE x16 slot, it can support PCIE x16 graphic card.
If graphic card requires more power that can be delivered through PCIE slot, it has additional PCIE power connectors (6pin or 8pin).

Those recommendations consider that you may have very power hungry CPU
(120W AMD FX or something even more power hungry).
Your Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 is rated only 65W.

Nvidia specified minimum PSU recommendation is 300W btw.
I'm pretty sure - you're good with your 350W PSU.
