Graphics Card suggestions needed...

hello eveyone.....
i have an about 3 years old Acer Aspire PC, its has core2duo e7500 2.93ghz processor, g41t-ad v:1.0 motherboard, the power supply unit is of 250watt, and 2gb ddr3 ram( i will upgrade it to 4gb too), so please suggest me graphics card which can perform well on this mobo and processor, and also tell if i really need to change my current power supply unit[FPS ATX-250PA(1)] too only if really needed because i dont want to spend too much money on this, the graphics card should be of plus minus rs. 5000(about 83usd).
I'm looking for an entry label graphics card which can provide best performance as it can on that motherboard etc... if it is necessary to change power supply,,,I'll do that so also suggest power supply for that...
One more question, my mobo has two ram slots n I'm not sure about maximum gb support on it but I think 4gb, currently it has one ram stick filled in one slot other is empty. So what will be better in terms of performance, one single stick of 4gb or two sticks of 2gb in each slot? If it is then can I go for any brand of ram I like or I have to search for the same I have the preinstalled one?
please suggest with little explanations some how analytically so that I can understand better...

2 sticks of RAM will allow you to run in dual-channel mode, which is better performance.

The best GPU you can use with that system is the $90 HD 7750 1GB GDDR5. It will allow you to play all games at a decent framerate, though some games you'll have to reduce settings to Low.
