Graphics card suggestions?

I'm running:
Asrock Z77 Pro4 Motherboard
750W power supply
32GB RAM
Two 22" monitors, 1 HDMI 1 DVI-D
Intel i7 Ivy Bridge Unlocked

I play games and edit video/audio and am addicted to multi-tasking with VirtualBox. My system has, no joke, been handling admirably without a graphics card up to this point but I'm tired of using a KVM switch and ready to use dual monitors. And a performance boost would be nice.

Hoping to spend around 200 bucks, any suggestions, tips, things to avoid, things to look for? Am I being unrealistic in my budget?

I would recommend a GTX 750 ti or GTX 760. The 760 is a noticeable step up from the 750 ti. The best price to performance deal you'll get on a 760, or almost any other GPU for that matter, would probably be this one:

I'd second a 760 or wait until the 960 becomes available (hopefully) early next year.

on the amd side- r9 280x which is a little less better than the GTX 770 a a bit better than the 760

but as popatim said i would wait to see if the release the 960
