Graphics card to onboard video?

I just found out that my psu cannot support my graphics card (at least thats what I think the problem is) and I was wondering how to switch from the graphics card to onboard video without going into the bios because I am not able to get an image on the computer right now

You have REMOVED the video card and are connected to the motherboard?

I'm not sure why you wouldn't then see something on the monitor. If it's still problematic try resetting your CMOS.

I just reset the CMOS and still see nothing on the monitor
