Graphics card to play games in 1080p monitor

CORE I5 3450 3.1GHZ
RAM- 6GB CAN EXPAND UPTO 8GB
GRAPHICS CARD -CURRENTLY USING GT 630, PLANNING TO BUY ZOTAC GTX 750TI
POWER SUPPLY- CORSAIR VS 450
MONITOR- 21.5' SAMSUND FULL HD 1080P

MY QUESTION IS FOR PLAYING GAMES LIKE BATTLEFIELD 4/ HARDLINE IS GTX 750TI ENOUGH TO HOLD FRAMES @50 FPS IN MULTIPLAYER WITH HIGH PRESET OR OTHER GRAPHICS CARD NEEDED, IF SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOME GPU IN THAT RANGE.

The 750ti is a low - end card, the gtx 960 is a mid-range card, the 960 destroys the 750ti in any game,
750 has like 600 cuda cores and 960 has more than 1000. so it is a big difference in performance.
however the power supply requirements are different.

You have a 450watt supply. nvidia suggest a 400w supply for the 960 so it should handle it if you go with reference design.

i'd go for the 960.
