Question Graphics card turning off after BIOS

Hi,

I have a new build and was able to install Windows, but during downloading the display driver the graphics card turned off (no display/fans off). Now whenever I restart the PC I can load/display the BIOS fine but whenever it goes to boot up Windows the graphics card turns off (no display/fans off). If I switch out the graphics card with an older one from my previous PC I can boot into Windows without issue. Any ideas? Thanks!
