Graphics card upgrade feedback

Hello people,
I want to buy a better graphics card to go with an i3-2120, but I don't want to spend a whole lot of money since I will be building a completely new computer in 2 years. I am looking for something in the pricecategory of the hd7770, I know that with the processor I am using I won't be able to play games like bf4 at a good framerate. I am really just looking for something that can play games like tribes ascend, smite and dayz(when finally optimized). I know that I'm hardly giving any specs but I'm only asking for the combination of the i3 with a decently priced graphics card. Any ideas?

Yo'll be surprised at the performance of the i3-2120 with Hyper Threading. It can handle cards much faster than the HD 7770. Contrary to what you may have read, HT indeed improves frame rate in most games. The card you choose will probably be limited by your budget and/or your power supply.
