Hands down the best price-frames per second ratio, RX470 will seal the deal for you. It will not only let you run overwatch smoothly, but some future proofing 1080p not-so-heavily graphic oriented games as well like Dota 2 and CS GO. The new VULKAN/dx12 will also allow your gpu to do the proccesing/low level api thingy that will definitely save your cpu from bottlenecking, although I am not so sure how does a 5500 scale as I've only seen rx470 paired up with i3 6100. It will not be much of a difference I suspect.

not gonna work

the best you can get with that power supply is a gtx 750 ti that require no 6-pin from the power supply

to get the 960 you need to upgrade that power supply

because you power supply is only 350w, and might not even be able to actually deliver 350w

you are making a huge assumption that it can, you should not

with cheap psu's you REALLY do not want to go beyond 80% load, in fact most will pop if you even half way load them

and i very much doubt it has the 6-pin pcie cable the gtx 960 needs

so you would need to mickey mouse it with adapters and that is just asking to loose the card, and maybe your whole pc
