Graphics card upgrade from a 9500 GT

Hey guys,
I have a 9500 GT, im wondering what graphics card should i upgrade to, im not looking for HUGE performance (i already have another built computer for gaming)
This computer is for slight gaming, downloading and other random shit!
But i DO want to stay with Nvidia, i havnt really got a budget set (say if i did it would be $50-$150) So im not looking at $400+ cards!

Also it will have to be a single slot one...
Or are double slots hard to add (seems like i only have single available)

what to you say about this card?considering your budget this is the best card you can find!no need to stay with nvidia!and this card is good for gaming too!(in fact lots of my friends use this card for HEAVY GAMING.)

i had used to be same config as u have
but now i upgraded to laptop corei7 4500u nd amd radeon 8850 2gb ddr5

i suggest u to go for amd gfx its better than nvidia
