graphics card upgrade help

i3 2100
intel dh61ho mothorboard
4 gb ram
450w power supply
geforce 210 graphics card
i want to play all games @1080p 60fps
suggest graphics card please
i am gonna upgrade system in 1year

oooowww man I'm sorry, but, with your build, if you found a tougher card then that and used it, you would not achieve 1080p at 60fps. You would have to upgrade everything.

Geek Jed is right, you would pretty much have to upgrade most stuff, including your ram in all honesty for better performance.

To get 1080p 60fps (I'm guessing you want ultra or high), woul would need an entirely new pc (I5 at least, 8gb of ram , at least, and a GTX 970 won't max out everything on every title at 1080p and maintain 60fps , sou you would need a gtx 980 or the AMD competitor R9 390X). If you just want a gpu upgrade (my recommendation) get something like a gtx 750 ti (because it doesn't need extra power connectors(or get sth. from AMD that would work with your PSU ), and start saving for that new build.

if i get one gtx 970 ,500w psu and 4gb of ram
then how many fps i would get

you'll probably be able to manage 30 fps at 1080p it really depends on the games you run

You will limit the performance of the gtx 970 with the i3, So I would say 30-40 average (Cpu is the problem, you may experience cpu lag in some games).
