Graphics Card Upgrade help

Hi guys, I need help to upgrading my graphics card. My current system is
Intel i5 2400
12 gb ddr3 ram
240gb wd green ssd
2 tb wd blue hdd
Powercolor 7770 2gb ghz edition
Antec 550vp psu

Currently I'm on very limited budget. A local dealer of my city is offering 2 pre-owned but under warranty (2 years) graphics card. The first one is Zotac gtx1060 3gb (at 10k)and second one is Gigabyte rx 580 4gb (12k) Both cards price is 20k (New one) and out of my budget.

So which one suits my system more Gtx 1060 3gb or Rx580 4gb.
There are also 1050ti oc 4gb (new). Which also cost 12k and under my budget.
My monitor is actually a LG tv with 1366x768 resolution and my primary target for gaming is also 768p.

Both the 1060 and 580 are good cards you can grab. The 580 has 1gb additional vram which should be beneficial in some games. Other than that, they are mostly equal.

Someone said that Rx 580 will bottleneck my cpu ?

The 4gb is fine. The 8gb can give you limitations.
