Question Graphics card upgrade planned - - - - is there anything I'm missing?

I'm trying to upgrade this PC so that i can play Rumble on my Quest 2. These are the specs from when I bought it; I have upgraded the memory to 32 GBs and added a 1TB hard drive but otherwise these are still its specs.

From the research I've already done it seems like the best budget option is the RTX 3060, which would mean I need to upgrade my PSU to 650W to be safe; one source I looked at suggested the Corsair RM650. Is there anything else I'm missing? for example, am I likely to need more fans? I haven't noticed any problems with temperature so far but want to make sure I don't upgrade my computer only to immediately burn it up because I didn't get enough fans or mess it up some other way

Everything I can see shows a proprietary power supply and motherboard, You can't just take an off the shelf ATX power supply and put it in there. There does appear to be a 500W and 650W version of the PSU available from HP.

"What you need is this 500-watt power supply upgrade for your Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000i (491A7AV), which can be purchased with different part numbers: L89233-001 / L89233-005 / L77487-001 / L77487-003 / L81009-800."

15L indicates the volume of the computer. 15L is actually very small for a computer, I would be wary also of the physical size of the graphics card you can install. Verify the length and thickness of the card before purchase.

RTX 3060 is a little older, I might lean towards a more power efficient RTX 5050 or RTX 5060. Only 8GB, but quite a bit newer and you can stick with your 350W PSU.

If you do get the 500W PSU, RTX 5060 Ti 16GB or RX 9060 XT 16GB would be a good options.
