Graphics card upgrade suggestions?

So right now I'm in the market to upgrade the graphics card in my gaming rig so I can jack up things like Skyrim and Far Cry to ultra and mod the hell out of them without performance suffering too much. I'm not too keen on what the stats on an individual card translate to performance wise, so I'm wondering if you guys could point me towards a suitable upgrade. I'm using an old http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130562 that I've had for years, and I've got a budget of about $200. So I'd just like to know if there are any decent upgrades out there around that price.

I have an Asus Rampage III Formula mobo, and an 840w psu, and 6gigs of ram in case that matters.

Hd 7850 would best for you.you will notice good performance from gtx 460 to hd 7850.hd 7850 hands down.

since your already own a nvidia mid range card buy a gtx 660 or above & use this as dedicated phsx card or maybe sli this with another gtx 460
