Graphics Card Upgrade

I have a Dell Otiplex 755 SF and I am looking for a new graphics card to play games. The games I will play are Minecraft,CS:GO, and Garys Mod. Can someone please help me find a graphics card that can run these games well?

a low profile r7-250 or a gt730 would be at the top end.
At the lower end an r5-230 or maybe a gt720. (low profile of course)
