Graphics card upgrade

Hi guys.
I would like to ask you about graphics card upgrade. I have Lenovo B500 all-in-on computer and my HD 5570 is getting old. Im considering about R7 260X or GeForce GTX750, but im not sure if it will work.
I found that there is some additional power supply with 6pins on those. Can I connect it from my motherboard?
Those cards connects with PCI Express x16 3.0, do my motherboard support it?
Another thing is if graphics card fits in computer.

the biggest issue is the fit, you will most likely need a low profile card in which case you will not be able to get an upgrade. there is only one low profile 750 out there and I am unable to find it at the moment it is made by Zotac but it is not that low profile. while powered with out a six pin, it is unlikely it will fit.

Thank you for answer. Lets say it will fit, I will measure the space tomorrow, what about other things?

ok your power supply should be fine and your computer is almost guaranteed to have a PCIE 16X slot, so your good to go if it fits.
